Jim Darlington lives in Eureka Missouri and is owner of Leisure Ponds, a management company providing a watershed approach to improving and maintaining the aesthetic and functional value of lakes and ponds. Jim has a Masters Degree in Environmental Science from SIUE.

The Lakes of Missouri Volunteer Program enables citizens to assist with the collection and processing of water quality samples. Tony Thorpe has been coordinator of the Lakes of Missouri Volunteer Program since 2001. Tony received his Masters Degree from the University of Missouri.
